AI infrastructure investment continues to span chips, cloud platforms, and the power systems needed to run expanding data center fleets. This edition covers a proposed 5 GW Texas data center campus tied to 6.47 GW of natural gas generation, Cerebras Systems supplying about 100 MW of AI systems to Gimlet Labs, and Samsung Electronics investing $1 billion in Helix Digital Infrastructure.

MagPro, also known as Nanjing CIPU Technology, launches the AeroLev 1850, a 1.85 MW air cooled magnetic bearing chiller for AI data centers in water scarce and high temperature locations. AMD to acquire World Labs for $8.2 billion
AMD will acquire physical AI startup World Labs in an $8.2 billion all stock deal. Co-founder Fei-Fei Li will join AMD as executive vice president and chief scientist, pending regulatory approval and an expected close by the end of 2026. Read more
