SWI Group Reports €631.6 Million Profit as AI Infrastructure Portfolio Grows
SWI Group reported €4.4 billion in total assets and €631.6 million in profit for the first half of 2026, according to figures published in a press release. Adjusted net asset value reached €2.3 billion as of June 30, up 53% from the end of 2025, while profit mainly reflected the value recognized from its investment in Genesis Digital Assets.
SWI acquired an initial interest in Genesis Digital Assets in June and later increased its holding to about 70% of voting rights. The business, renamed SWI Digital, has about 1.2 GW of secured grid connections, mainly in the United States, and plans to convert suitable bitcoin mining sites for AI and high performance computing. SWI's European AiOnX platform has about 2.3 GW of planned capacity.
The group joined the NVIDIA Partner Network as a Preferred Partner for Compute, Networking and Enterprise Software in August. It is building an internal AI cloud platform and plans for digital infrastructure to account for more than 90% of total assets by 2027. SWI is also evaluating a US equity capital markets transaction, subject to market conditions and approvals.
