Hyperscale Data Sets November 12 Investor Day for Michigan AI Campus
Hyperscale Data will host a virtual investor day on November 12 to discuss its Michigan AI data center and strategic options across its portfolio, the company announced in a press release. The event will run from 1:15 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Pacific Time.
Management will provide an update on the Michigan campus and its agreement with a California based cloud provider. The agreement covers an initial 20 MW of AI compute capacity, with options for another 32 MW. If all options are exercised, Hyperscale Data estimates the potential 52 MW deployment could generate more than $3 billion in contract revenue over 20 years.
The company is evaluating a sale of the Michigan campus, an initial public offering for subsidiary Sentinum, or continued ownership and expansion of the site. It is also considering a sale, partnership or divestiture involving askROI. No decision or transaction timetable has been established.
Hyperscale Data reiterated preliminary 2027 guidance of $300 million to $350 million in revenue and $60 million to $80 million in adjusted EBITDA.
