D-Robotics closed a $400 million Series C round for AI robotics chips and software, while Factory raised $200 million at a $5 billion valuation for its enterprise software agent platform. Crusoe also raised $3.9 billion to fund AI data centers, and OpenAI is reportedly in early discussions about a funding round that could value it at about $1.2 trillion.
Investment activity also covered healthcare, compliance and industry software. Ayble Health, Footprint and Adaptive raised new rounds, while Medallion, MRO, Quorum Cyber and Xpansiv pursued acquisitions to expand their AI and data capabilities.
