Quorum Cyber signed a definitive agreement to acquire Ontinue, combining their Microsoft focused cybersecurity services and AI security operations. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Quorum Cyber signed a definitive agreement to acquire Ontinue, the companies announced in a press release. Financial terms were not disclosed.

The combined company will offer managed detection and response, incident response, recovery and professional services focused on Microsoft security products. Its security operations center will use AI systems to assess risks, investigate threats and take action within controls defined by customers, while people retain responsibility for strategy and critical decisions.

The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and required approvals. The companies will operate independently until closing, and Eterna Growth Partners will remain the majority investor in the combined business.
