Every vendor here now ships AI, so having it no longer separates them. What separates them is what a buyer is actually purchasing: a system of record that the whole business transacts agreements in, with AI working inside that workflow. Assistants that read, draft or review a document and are sold on their own sit in a different guide.
The field also has an ownership pattern worth knowing before a procurement conversation. Two of the names below reached this list through acquisition and now trade under the buyer's brand, and one has renamed itself outright. Each entry says who owns it and, where the product arrived by acquisition, what it was called before.
Listed alphabetically. This is not a ranking.
Agiloft
Agiloft combines configurable contract workflows and a repository with AI extraction, risk analysis and contract questions. Legal and business teams can route agreements for approval and carry contract information into the rest of their operations.
Limit: The standalone Astra assistant has separate packaging; its free tier does not mean the CLM platform is free or that every AI capability is included.

Concord Business
Concord Business combines contract intake and approval workflows with collaboration, electronic signature and a repository. Its AI copilot and extraction features help legal and business teams interpret agreements and find the information needed to manage them.
Limit: The lower Essentials tier does not include the approval workflows shown for Business; additional users and optional capabilities can change the quoted cost.

Conga CLM
Conga CLM connects contract creation, review and approval workflows with a repository and obligations tracking. Its AI extracts agreement information and helps legal and commercial teams review and redline clauses against playbooks.

Docusign CLM
Docusign CLM routes agreements through drafting, negotiation and approvals and stores the resulting contracts in a repository. Its AI can flag clauses, assist drafting and extract contract terms for teams managing agreements beyond signature.
Limit: Iris AI is included in selected plans; a basic electronic signature subscription does not establish access to CLM or every AI capability.

Icertis
Icertis manages contract creation, approvals and a central repository with AI that extracts terms and obligations. Enterprise legal, procurement, sales and finance teams can use those obligations to track contract performance after signature.
Limit: AI applications have distinct packaging; separately sold analytics should not be assumed to be included in a base CLM quote.

IntelAgree
IntelAgree combines contract templates, approval routing and a repository with AI review and information extraction. Its embedded Saige capabilities help legal and business teams identify risks and manage contract obligations.

Ironclad
Ironclad connects contract intake, drafting, approvals, signature and a repository. Embedded AI extracts information from imported agreements and checks contract language against playbooks for legal and commercial teams.

Juro
Juro brings contract drafting, review, approvals and signature into a shared platform with a repository. Embedded AI extracts information and applies review instructions so legal teams can support routine contract work across the business.

SpotDraft
SpotDraft provides contract creation, automated approvals, signature and a searchable repository. Its AI extracts contract metadata and supports review within a system used by legal, sales and procurement teams.

Summize
Summize brings contract requests and approvals into tools such as Microsoft Teams and Slack while connecting them to a contract repository. Its AI reviews and redrafts contracts in Word and extracts information for legal teams managing the wider contract process.
Limit: The workflow relies on configured connections to the organization’s existing applications; the Word review experience alone is not the full CLM purchase.
