Figure AI Figure AI

Figure AI builds Figure 03, a general purpose humanoid robot run by its own Helix AI system, aimed at household and commercial work.

Figure announced a Series C on 16 September 2025 of more than $1 billion in committed capital, at a $39 billion post money valuation. Parkway Venture Capital led, with Brookfield Asset Management, NVIDIA, Macquarie Capital and Intel Capital among the investors. Shown as $1B+ because the company gave no exact total.

Apptronik Apptronik

Apptronik is building an industrial business around Apollo, with Mercedes-Benz, GXO Logistics and Jabil among its partners. The Austin company said on 11 February 2026 that its Series A had reached more than $935 million after a $520 million extension, opened at three times the valuation of the first $415 million close. The figure covers the whole Series A; the extension is already inside it. Google, Mercedes-Benz, John Deere and the Qatar Investment Authority are among the backers.

Apptronik targets manufacturing and logistics first, with retail, healthcare and home applications planned later. It is also working with Google DeepMind on robots powered by Gemini Robotics. The company said the money would expand Apollo production and fund facilities for robot training and data collection.

Galbot Galbot

Galbot makes wheeled humanoid robots with two arms for retail, pharmacy, hospital and factory work. According to EqualOcean, its robots run an unmanned instant retail warehouse and smart pharmacies in 24 cities, and its industrial customers and partners include CATL, Bosch and Toyota.

Galbot announced a funding round of RMB 2.5 billion on 2 March 2026, with the National AI Industry Investment Fund, Sinopec, CITIC and Bank of China among the investors. That is about $363 million at the rate on the day (6.8821 yuan per dollar).

Walden Robotics Walden Robotics

Walden reported that its robots were already doing production work at a Toyota plant in North America when it emerged from stealth in July 2026. A January spinout from Toyota Research Institute, it announced a $300 million seed round on 15 July at a $1.1 billion valuation, co-led by Toyota and Deviation Capital, with NVIDIA, Boeing and Samsung Ventures among the investors.

Chief executive Russ Tedrake, an MIT professor, led the large behavior model research at Toyota Research Institute that underpins Walden's work. His launch essay describes autonomy with a human available for remote assistance. Walden calls its machines general purpose robots; IEEE Spectrum's 3 August report identifies wheeled humanoids with rugged grippers on a large, battery filled base.

Walden Robotics

X Square Robot X Square Robot

X Square Robot, based in Shenzhen, builds robots for homes and services and its own embodied AI foundation model, WALL-B. It runs an AI cleaning service with 58.com in Shenzhen and Beijing, and a programme where its robots live with families for up to a month.

On 29 June 2026 the company announced it had closed four consecutive rounds, ending with a Series C, at a valuation above $2.8 billion, without giving amounts. The figure shown is its earlier Series B of nearly RMB 2 billion as reported in April 2026, about $293 million at the rate on the day (6.8172 yuan per dollar).

Spirit AI Spirit AI

Spirit AI, founded in Hangzhou, unveiled its Moz1 humanoid robot in June 2025 for enterprise work such as logistics and industrial tasks, and develops its own embodied AI model, Spirit v1.5.

Spirit AI raised a RMB 1.5 billion Series A+ on 3 June 2026 from US dollar funds, industrial investors and state funds, with existing shareholders adding more. That is about $222 million at the rate on the day (6.7692 yuan per dollar).

EngineAI EngineAI

EngineAI makes humanoid robots including the full size T800 and the smaller PM01, for patrol and inspection, guided tours and factory work. Duolun Technology has ordered 2,000 units over three years, according to press reports.

EngineAI told Chinese media on 9 April 2026 that it had closed a $200 million Series B, co led by Henan Investment Group's Huirong Fund and Luxshare Precision.

LimX Dynamics LimX Dynamics

LimX says it is already shipping its full size humanoid: Luna began customer deliveries in China and abroad less than a month after its May 2026 launch. The Shenzhen company reports thousands of customer orders across its product lines, more than half from global markets, and also sells the TRON 2 platform to developers and research labs.

Its pre IPO round, announced on 14 July 2026, came to nearly $200 million in the company's own words, though the headline rounds it up. This list uses that estimate for the single round. The same release gives a roughly $400 million fundraising total for the preceding six months, which is a different measure.

Sunday Sunday

Sunday's Memo is built for household chores. The wheeled robot with arms learns from data collected with Sunday's own Skill Capture Glove and robot fleet, and the company builds the hardware, models and data pipeline itself. Its $165 million Series B of 12 March 2026 was led by Coatue at a $1.15 billion valuation to help bring Memo into homes.

Memo can't be bought yet: Sunday's product page, checked on 15 October, says the beta launches in late 2026.

Humanoid Humanoid

Humanoid has signed an agreement with Schaeffler for the planned deployment of thousands of robots in manufacturing, giving its industrial program a named customer. The London company raised a $152 million Series A on 21 July 2026 at a $1.35 billion post money valuation, led by Prime Movers Lab with Schaeffler, Bosch and Fubon among the investors. Bosch has also agreed to be its contract manufacturing partner.

Founded in 2024, Humanoid develops wheeled and bipedal Alpha robots running its KinetIQ AI. In the July announcement, it set a fourth quarter 2026 target for rolling out beta robots at customer facilities and said the funding would support the start of mass manufacturing of the wheeled model. The round brought its total raised to $270 million.

Pudu Robotics Pudu Robotics

Pudu brings experience in commercial delivery and cleaning robots to its humanoid program. In its 23 April 2026 funding release, it reported more than 120,000 robots shipped across its business. It also cited a 2023 Frost & Sullivan study that gave it 23 percent of the global market for commercial service robots, a figure about that business, not about humanoids.

Its D9 is a 170 centimetre bipedal humanoid with seven degrees of freedom per arm and 11 per hand; the product page warns that some displayed features are not yet available to customers. Pudu said the new round raised nearly $150 million at a valuation above $1.5 billion. The amount is its approximation and funds the whole company.

RobotEra RobotEra

RobotEra, based in Beijing, builds full size humanoid robots, the XHAND1 five finger hand and the ERA-42 AI model. The company said in April 2026 that its robots work in more than 10 logistics centres, with partners including China Post and SF Express.

RobotEra announced a RMB 1 billion round on 6 July 2026, led by Chengtong Fund. That is about $147 million at the rate on the day (6.7958 yuan per dollar).

Booster Robotics Booster Robotics

Booster Robotics sells compact humanoid robots for developers, schools and competitions. Its main model, the K1, has shipped more than 1,000 units to about 400 customers in more than 20 countries, according to the company.

Booster completed a financing of nearly RMB 1 billion, reported on 17 April 2026, co led by the Beijing High Precision Industry Fund, Jingguosheng Fund and Huakong Fund. Because of "nearly", about $147 million at the rate on the day (6.8170 yuan per dollar) is an upper limit.
