Acuity Analytics Acquires Continuus to Expand US Data Services
Acuity Analytics, the trading name of Acuity Knowledge Partners, said in a press release that it acquired Continuus, a US data consultancy focused on financial services. The transaction closed on October 1, and financial terms were not disclosed.
The acquisition adds 37 specialists in data strategy, governance, engineering and cloud data platforms. Continuus mainly works with asset managers and other financial institutions on data strategies, governance frameworks and cloud data programs.
Acuity also gains Continuus's status as a Snowflake Premier Services Partner and additional Microsoft tier 1 expertise. The team will support work involving platforms including Microsoft Fabric and Databricks.
