CBRE agrees to acquire Onnec for an initial £460 million in cash, the company announced in a press release. The agreement also includes an earnout of up to £300 million, subject to Onnec meeting growth thresholds.

London based Onnec designs, deploys and maintains network, fiber and data center infrastructure. Its approximately 800 employees serve hyperscalers across the United Kingdom, Continental Europe and Asia Pacific. The company will join CBRE's Critical Infrastructure Services business.

CBRE expects Onnec to generate about £370 million in revenue and more than £50 million in core EBITDA in 2027. The transaction requires regulatory approval and is expected to close around the end of 2026.

The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
