Darkroom acquired Shadow and opened the AI marketing workspace to the public in beta, the company said in a press release. Shadow operates as a standalone product separate from Darkroom's agency business.

Shadow creates a continuously updated brand library by connecting services including Meta, Google, Shopify, Klaviyo, TikTok, Amazon, Walmart, Google Analytics, Notion, Slack and Figma. It synchronizes performance data hourly, supports historical data imports and provides shared threads and documents.

Teams can connect AI agents through Claude, ChatGPT, Codex and Cursor. Shadow displays agent actions and includes approval workflows and audit trails. Darkroom said an internal deployment reduced reporting and decision time by more than 80% over six months.

Starter, Core and Max plans cost $120, $200 and $500 per month. Each plan includes unlimited users and connectors, with custom enterprise terms and a three day free trial also available.
