I-care Acquires Amiral Technologies for Predictive Maintenance AI

Sep 19, 2026
I-care acquired Amiral Technologies, adding its DiagFit anomaly detection and fault diagnosis software to its predictive maintenance portfolio.

I-care acquired Amiral Technologies, the companies stated in an announcement on September 17. The deal adds Amiral's DiagFit platform and its research, development and sales teams to I-care.

DiagFit uses historical operating data to model normal asset behavior, detect anomalies and diagnose faults. It can work with limited historical failure data and supports cloud or on premises deployment for customers that need to keep data within their own infrastructure.

I-care will progressively integrate DiagFit into its I-see predictive maintenance platform. The acquisition expands its software capabilities for complex industrial environments, including nuclear and defense.
