ACL Digital Launches AgentixCare for Healthcare Operations
In a press release, ACL Digital launched AgentixCare, an AI agent platform for healthcare payers, providers and medical technology companies. The platform combines generative AI, predictive models and human review across clinical, financial and operational tasks.
AgentixCare supports clinical documentation, early warnings, clinical decision support, prior authorization, claims processing and denial management. It also provides predictive maintenance, performance analytics, surgical robotics assistance and infusion pump monitoring for connected medical devices.
The platform works with HL7 v2, FHIR R4 and SMART on FHIR connectors for enterprise and open source medical record systems. Its agents present supporting evidence for recommendations, while critical actions require human approval and are recorded. AgentixCare is now available for pilot programs.
ACL Digital, part of the ALTEN Group, claims the platform can cut costs by up to 30 to 50 percent, according to the release.
