Rapta Raises $8 Million for Manufacturing Quality Assurance AI

Sep 17, 2026
Rapta raised $8 million to expand its manufacturing intelligence platform across defense, aerospace and precision manufacturing.

Rapta raised $8 million in a funding round led jointly by Voyager Capital and Access Venture Partners, the company said in a press release. DeepWork Capital, LongKnife, Elevate Capital, Ringbolt Capital, Portland Seed Fund, BVC and existing investors also participated.

Rapta will use the funding to deploy its Manufacturing Intelligence Platform across defense, aerospace and other precision manufacturing operations. The platform uses computer vision for work instructions, quality verification, process traceability and production data integration.

The software records parts, process steps, tools, operators and quality evidence in a unified production record. It runs on customer premises within existing networks. Rapta says it is used by five of the ten largest US defence primes, and it also serves space, electronics and sustainment organisations. Voyager Capital's Diane Fraiman and Access Venture Partners' Kirk Holland joined Rapta's board.
