NAVER D2SF Backs ImpriMed in $10 Million Bridge Round
NAVER D2SF said in a press release that it invested in Silicon Valley based precision medicine company ImpriMed through a $10 million Series A2 bridge round. LB Investment led the round, with participation from Samsung Securities, Alois Ventures, BonAngels and Han River Partners.
ImpriMed combines analysis of live patient cancer cells with genomic, immunophenotypic and clinical data to support cancer treatment decisions and drug development. Its xCellSense platform keeps cancer cells viable outside the body for testing biological characteristics and drug sensitivity. The company says its AI models are trained on more than 3.5 million data points.
The company plans to seek FDA clearance and CLIA certification by the first quarter of 2027 for products covering blood cancers and blood infections. It is also pursuing approval in South Korea for software that predicts multiple myeloma prognosis and therapy response.
