Pathos AI Raises $237 Million at $3 Billion Valuation
Pathos AI raised $237 million in a Series E round led by Bristol Myers Squibb, the company announced in a press release. The financing values the clinical stage oncology company at about $3 billion after the investment.
Pathos AI will use the capital to expand Foundry, its AI platform for drug development, and advance four clinical assets. The platform uses thousands of specialized AI agents to combine clinical, genomic and biological specimen data with information about competing drug programs.
The company will prioritize JSKN016, a TROP2 and HER3 bispecific antibody drug conjugate, as it moves toward registrational studies. Funding will also support pocenbrodib, AZD4241 and the MET kinase inhibitor DO-2.
