Nscale Files for US Initial Public Offering
Nscale said in a press release that it filed a Form S 1 registration statement with the US Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed initial public offering of ordinary shares. The company applied to list on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker NSCL.
Nscale has not determined the number of shares or expected price range. The registration statement is not yet effective, and the offering will proceed through a prospectus.
Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan and Morgan Stanley will serve as lead bookrunners. Nscale provides cloud infrastructure for AI training and inference, including computing systems, software and data centers.
