MRO Acquires Vyne Medical to Expand Clinical Data Platform
MRO acquired Vyne Medical, the company announced in a press release. Vyne Medical provides data intake and intelligent document processing tools to more than 800 hospitals.
The company's technology converts information from paper, voice, fax and images into digital data for clinical and financial workflows. MRO will add the tools to its Enterprise Clinical Data Management platform to classify, extract, route and oversee high volume clinical information.
The combined organization will serve more than 2,500 hospitals and 35,000 clinics. Vyne Medical will operate as Vyne Medical, an MRO Company, during the transition.
Vyne Dental is not included in the transaction and remains a portfolio company of TJC, L.P. Financial terms were not disclosed.
