Kairon Health Raises $5 Million for AI Care Operations Platform
Kairon Health raised $5 million in venture funding, the company said in a press release. The round was led by Flare Capital Partners, with participation from Tau Ventures and existing investors Lightbank, General Advance and Pave Health Ventures. Kairon provides an execution layer for value based care organisations such as ACOs, health systems, IPAs and MSOs.
Kairon will use the funding for AI development across its five workflow products, expansion of its care operations and patient outreach tools, and growth of its go to market team. The products cover practice intelligence, care operations, patient activation, portfolio management and impact analytics.
The platform links claims, clinical records, ADT feeds, laboratory and pharmacy data with qualitative sources such as meeting transcripts, field notes and CRM logs. Kairon says its platform is live across MSSP, ACO REACH, Medicare Advantage, Medicaid and commercial contracts covering more than 1 million attributed lives in over 30 states.

Tensordyne Napier: What If One Rack Could Do the Work of Nine?
Tensordyne
This Tensordyne whitepaper presents Napier, an inference-focused AI processor and rack-scale system based on the company’s TDN Math logarithmic number system. It examines infrastructure requirements for large mixture-of-experts and agentic models, compares major inference architecture approaches, and details the TDN AIP processor, TDN72 pod, TDN Link fabric, and Napier Ultra configuration. The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
