Harvey leads this edition with a $550 million funding round at a $15.5 billion valuation and the acquisition of Guardrails AI, adding agent testing and safety capabilities. Other large financings include Mistral's €3 billion Series D, Cognition's more than $2 billion Series E for Devin, and Clay's $115 million Series D at a $7.1 billion valuation.
Investment and deal activity also spans AI security, robotics, health care, legal technology and enterprise software. Lightfield raised $47 million for an AI agent CRM, Inspiren secured $70 million for senior living technology, and Maven Robotics came out of stealth with $100 million, while Envestnet, SecureSky and CGI announced acquisitions to expand their technology offerings.

Envestnet to acquire Vestmark for trading and tax technology
Envestnet plans to acquire Vestmark, adding portfolio management, trading, rebalancing, tax transition and AI powered workflow tools. Vestmark supports more than $2 trillion in assets and over five million accounts, and the deal is expected to close in the fourth quarter. Read more

Nvidia expects 70% revenue growth next year
