CATL Leads DeepCtrls Series B+ Funding Round

DeepCtrls completed an undisclosed Series B+ round led by CATL, with strategic investment from Aramco Ventures.

DeepCtrls completed an undisclosed Series B+ financing round led by CATL, the company said in a press release. Aramco Ventures made a strategic investment, while Taiping Innovation Investment, GF Xinde Investment Management and Fosun Capital also participated.

Existing investors Source Code Capital and Forebright Capital increased their investments. DeepCtrls said this was its third financing round in two months.

DeepCtrls develops AI technology that controls energy systems using perception, prediction, decision making and optimization. The company is expanding into computing infrastructure, including liquid cooling controls and coordination between computing capacity and energy use. It says its technology serves more than 390 enterprise customers worldwide.
