Clay raises $115 million at $7.1 billion valuation
Clay said in a company blog post that it raised $115 million in Series D funding at a $7.1 billion valuation. Wellington Management led the round, with participation from Sequoia Capital, Stepstone, a16z Perennial, Meritech, DST, CapitalG, BoxGroup, Boldstart, Bloomberg Beta and Evolution.
Clay reported fourfold revenue growth in 2025 and more than 17,000 customers. Its customers include Anthropic, Google, OpenAI, Stripe, Visa, Siemens and UPS.
The company is building AI agents that identify potential customers, monitor sales signals and create outreach workflows. Clay also plans to establish a $1 million scholarship fund to train people who build and manage these revenue systems.
