Harvey has acquired Guardrails AI, whose software tests, simulates and monitors AI agent behavior. The Guardrails AI team will join Harvey's product and engineering organization.
Harvey Acquires Guardrails AI for Agent Reliability Tools

Harvey acquired Guardrails AI, an AI security platform for testing, simulating and monitoring agent behavior, the company announced on its website. The acquisition is Harvey's fourth of 2026.

Guardrails AI cofounders Shreya Rajpal and Zayd Simjee, along with their team, will join Harvey's product and engineering organization. They will work on evaluations and safeguards for AI agents that handle legal tasks across documents, matters and firm knowledge.

Guardrails AI created an open source guardrails framework that records more than 250,000 downloads per month. It also developed Snowglobe, a simulation environment that uses synthetic users to test agent behavior and identify failures before deployment.
