Envestnet to Acquire Vestmark for Trading and AI Tools
Envestnet agreed to acquire Vestmark under a definitive agreement, the companies announced in a press release. Financial terms were not disclosed.
The deal will add Vestmark's portfolio management, trading, rebalancing, tax transition and AI powered monitoring tools to Envestnet's platform. Vestmark supports more than $2 trillion in assets across over five million accounts, while Envestnet has about $8 trillion in platform assets.
Both companies will continue investing in existing products, including VestmarkONE, VAST, Envestnet Enterprise, Tamarac and MoneyGuide. Clients will not be required to migrate platforms because of the transaction.
The acquisition is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2026, subject to customary conditions.
