Procare Solutions Acquires Playground and Its AI Child Care Assistant

Procare Solutions acquired child care management platform Playground, adding its Camber AI assistant and tools for billing, enrollment, payroll and administration.

Procare Solutions acquired Playground, an all in one child care management platform, it announced in a press release. The deal adds Playground's Camber AI assistant and software for operations, marketing, enrollment, administration, billing, subsidies and payroll.

Existing customers of both companies can continue using the same products and working with the same teams. No customer action is required.

Procare serves more than 40,000 child care centers and operates as a business unit of Roper Technologies. New York based Playground serves more than 5,000 child care programs.
