Evergreen Digital Media Invests in Adwave and Licenses AI Ad Platform
Evergreen Digital Media will invest in Adwave Digital and receive preferred licensing rights to its WaveRunner advertising platform, the companies announced in a press release. The companies did not disclose the investment amount or financial terms.
WaveRunner buys and runs advertising campaigns across streaming TV, Google, Meta, Reddit and the web using a single daily budget. The platform uses data from a business's website to adjust ad placement and does not require separate accounts for each channel.
The agreement is Evergreen Digital Media's third strategic investment in the past year. Its previous investments added screen networks, while the Adwave deal provides access to advertising technology without adding another network.
