Auditoria.AI Auditoria.AI

Auditoria.AI sells AP automation agents for enterprise finance teams. AP Invoices captures, matches and codes vendor invoices into the ERP; AP Helpdesk reads the shared inbox and drafts or sends replies using ERP data. Separate agents handle accruals and statements, collecting unbilled expenses and reconciling supplier balances.

Customers define agent operating boundaries by role, entity, supplier, amount and business rules, with exceptions sent for human review. The company raised $38 million in a February 2025 Series B led by Innovius Capital, alongside Dell Technologies Capital, Sentinel Global and existing investors. Auditoria also sells receivables and cash intelligence products within the same finance suite.

AvidXchange AvidXchange

Majority owned by TPG, with Corpay holding a minority interest, AvidXchange sells accounts payable automation and payment software for middle market businesses. Its AI Approval Agent learns from past approvals to recommend invoice decisions, and its AI PO Matching Agent reconciles invoice line items against purchase orders.

The platform also has natural language analytics for invoice status, approval times and payment activity. Its AI uses processed invoices together with imported ERP transaction data. TPG and Corpay completed the acquisition in October 2025 at an approximately $2.2 billion valuation, taking AvidXchange private; the announcement reported more than 8,500 business customers.

AvidXchange

Basware Basware

Owned by an investor consortium including Accel KKR, Long Path Partners and Briarwood Capital Partners, Basware sells enterprise invoice automation, electronic invoicing and procure to pay software. Its InvoiceAI product works across the invoice lifecycle, from ingestion through reconciliation, for finance teams managing AP.

The product range includes SmartCoding and Invoice Matching, separate InvoiceAI offerings for purchase order and non purchase order invoices, and controls for overpayments and statement matching. Basware describes InvoiceAI as embedded automation across its solutions, with intelligent agents still an area it is exploring on that product page. Its investor lists over 700 global customers relying on the AP and invoicing platform.

BILL BILL

BILL sells financial operations software for businesses and accounting firms, combining bill payment, receivables and expense controls. BILL AI includes an Invoice Coding Agent that prepares multiline bills and a W 9 Agent that collects and verifies supplier tax forms. The company positions the suite for small and midsize businesses.

Its Corporate plan lists both agents at $89 per user per month, alongside custom approval policies, purchase requests, purchase orders and two way matching. The same plan syncs with QuickBooks and Xero, and allows unlimited free purchase requesters.

The Enterprise tier adds NetSuite and Sage Intacct sync, single sign on, API access and multi entity accounting at custom pricing. Purchase order sync and two and three way matching vary by accounting software, so the capabilities available depend on the connected ledger. The Corporate plan also includes unlimited document storage, custom user roles and payment options including ACH, virtual cards and credit cards; approver only users can receive discounted seats. BILL lists more than 500,000 businesses using its financial operations platform.

Candis Candis

Candis sells AI invoice management for company accounting teams, including invoice capture, approval workflows and export to accounting. Candis AI suggests accounting entries and approvers and learns from bookings. It accepts XRechnung and ZUGFeRD, with connections including DATEV, SAP Business One, Microsoft Business Central and Sage 100. Candis reports over 10,000 company customers.

Clerked Clerked

Clerked sells AI clerks for AP that monitor invoice inboxes, code and match invoice lines, resolve policy based exceptions and draft vendor replies using live ERP data. The product works inside existing ERPs and names ENVE, Millwood and Boyd Industries as customers. Formerly Mod AI, Clerked is an active Y Combinator company from the Fall 2025 batch.

Esker Esker

Owned through a Bridgepoint partnership with General Atlantic and management, Esker sells AP automation for large companies and complex finance organizations. Its Synergy AI extracts and codes invoices, splits document batches and provides an assistant for invoice questions and reporting.

The AP product matches orders and goods receipts, routes approvals using configured rules and sends validated data to the ERP while retaining the document and workflow history. A supplier portal shows invoice and payment status to reduce status queries. Esker says finance teams retain final decision control over AI recommendations. The business became private following its March 2025 delisting.

Esker

Finto Finto

The product accepts PDF, scanned and structured electronic invoices; its site names Eat Happy and VidaCura among customers.

Glean.ai Glean.ai

Owned by Pipe since April 2025, Glean.ai sells AI accounts payable software for finance teams that want bill processing and visibility into vendor spending. It extracts invoice data, applies general ledger codes and automates approvals, payments, accruals and prepaid expense amortization.

Its spend intelligence identifies billing and spending anomalies, while benchmarking helps teams compare vendor pricing. Published plans start at $95 monthly. Pipe said Glean.ai would remain available directly to both existing and new customers, alongside plans to bring its spend management capabilities into Pipe's embedded finance products for small businesses. Glean.ai's site lists Marble, Laika and Thimble among customers.

HighRadius HighRadius

HighRadius sells AI accounts payable automation alongside receivables, treasury and accounting software. Its AP offering covers invoice capture, coding and validation, supplier onboarding and payment workflows for corporate finance teams.

The company launched its GenAI AP suite in April 2024 with two named components: AP Invoice Automation and Supplier Connect. Invoice Automation extracts data from channels such as email, scans and EDI, assigns general ledger codes and tasks, and highlights matching exceptions. Supplier Connect answers vendor payment questions and initiates follow up work for issues such as quantity mismatches. Suppliers manage payment details through account verification or penny checks in the current AP product.

HighRadius

Hypatos Hypatos

Hypatos sells an AI invoice processing workforce for global business services teams. Its agents capture invoices, code tax, match purchase order lines, check duplicates and route exceptions. Published pricing starts at €0.25 per completed invoice transaction, based on a standard workforce and annual workloads up to five million documents; individual validation and matching skills determine the quote.

Hyperbots Hyperbots

Hyperbots sells AI finance co pilots for midmarket enterprises, including invoice processing, accruals, procurement, payments, sales tax verification and vendor management. The products connect to existing ERP systems and cover tasks such as general ledger coding and tax validation. Hyperbots raised $6.5 million in a May 2025 Series A co led by Arkam Ventures and Athera Venture Partners.

Medius Medius

Owned by Marlin Equity Partners, Medius sells Medius Copilot, an AI assistant for invoice approvers. Users can ask about invoice amounts, supplier details, previous invoices and approval steps inside the approval workflow; it also translates foreign language invoices.

Medius reports deployment across 406 customer organizations and more than 3,300 unique users. Its companion Supplier Conversations agent handles supplier inbox work. Copilot's current boundary is explicit: it advises rather than acts on behalf of approvers. The company says its language models run in private Azure environments, with customer information supplied as temporary prompt context rather than retained to train a model.

Nanonets Nanonets

Nanonets sells AI accounts payable agents that turn a finance team's procedures, supplier terms and approval rules into invoice workflows. They handle intake, accounting codes, two and three way matching, duplicate checks, approval routing and payment runs, with links back to the source policy text.

The setup flow imports existing process documents, builds agent rules and lets the customer review them before use. Low confidence matches and exceptions pause for human decisions, with the failed rule and supporting documents attached. Its AP page includes SaltPay and Ascend Properties customer accounts. Nanonets raised $29 million in a March 2024 Series B led by Accel India, with Elevation Capital and Y Combinator participating.

Omnea Omnea

Omnea sells agentic accounts payable software for finance and procurement teams. Agents sort the AP mailbox, capture and code invoices, check bank details and match invoices against purchase order and supplier records. The same data model connects intake through invoice exceptions, including purchase order issuance and goods receipting.

The agents use supplier history and previous decisions to recommend exception fixes, including purchase order changes and drafted replies. Omnea explicitly leaves tax and ledger work with the ERP, which remains the financial system of record and handles the close. The company announced a $50 million Series B in September 2025 to expand its AI procurement and supplier management business.

Ottimate Ottimate

Ottimate sells AI accounts payable automation for finance teams in hospitality, retail, healthcare and accounting. Smart Invoice Capture reads invoice headers and lines, applies general ledger codes and supports accounting dimensions such as department, location and region.

Its Invoice Trust Score checks history and invoice sources to support automatic approval of trusted invoices and flag anomalies. Coding suggestions learn from previous selections, and dimensions can mirror those available in the customer's ERP. The platform connects with NetSuite and QuickBooks, as well as Microsoft Dynamics, Sage and Acumatica. Formerly called Plate IQ, Ottimate also sells vendor payments and employee spend management alongside invoice processing.

PredictAP PredictAP

PredictAP sells AI invoice coding for real estate AP teams, including property managers and centralized accounting departments. It codes invoices during upload, with integrations for Yardi Payscan and NexusPayables. The company raised another $5 million in September 2025, led by RET Ventures with Wise Ventures, after passing 100 customers and processing more than four million invoices annually.

Rossum Rossum

Owned by Coupa since May 2026, Rossum sells AI accounts payable automation for teams processing supplier invoices. Its software extracts invoice data, applies validations, supports matching and accounting codes, and posts data into the target business system.

Rossum's agents can also send emails and request approvals under customer procedures. Its Aurora Generic Engine comes trained for transactional documents such as invoices, purchase orders and credit notes. Coupa said the acquisition extended an existing partnership that embedded Rossum in AP. Rossum continues to offer its own login and 14 day trial, with Panasonic, Siemens and Bosch among the companies displayed on its site.

Springtime Technologies Springtime Technologies

Springtime Technologies sells Invoicetrack AP automation for large enterprises and global business services teams handling high invoice volumes. Its Accountable AI Engine combines deterministic rules with AI for ambiguous cases, escalating low confidence decisions to people. Scottish Equity Partners made a growth investment in December 2024; the product site displays DHL, Bosch and Takeda as customers.

Stampli Stampli

Stampli sells a finance operations platform spanning procurement, accounts payable, vendor management, payments and employee expenses. Its AI assistant Billy learns invoice coding patterns, applies them to ERP fields, checks invoice lines for variances and routes work using the customer's approval rules.

Billy prepares repeatable work and explains its actions, while the finance team retains control of approvals, posting and payment release. Stampli lists integrations with NetSuite, SAP and QuickBooks, among other accounting systems. Its October 2023 Series D raised $61 million, led by Blackstone with existing investors participating. Bloomberg identified Grubhub and Purple as customers at that round.

Tipalti Tipalti

Tipalti sells finance automation for midmarket businesses, including supplier onboarding, invoice processing, purchase order matching, payments and reconciliation. Tipalti AI's task agents capture invoices and receipts, match bills to orders and recommend approvers, while its AP Agent coordinates invoice work from intake through review.

The assistant answers workflow questions and generates reports from prompts. Approval decisions remain with the finance team, even when connected tasks run through the AP Agent. Tipalti secured $200 million in debt financing from Hercules Capital in September 2025. The company said the financing would support AI development and global growth, following its acquisition of treasury automation company Statement.

Tungsten Automation Tungsten Automation

Backed by Clearlake and TA, Tungsten Automation sells InvoiceAgility+ invoice automation for enterprise AP teams. It captures and validates invoices from email, portals, electronic feeds and paper, then uses AI matching and coding to prepare them for the ERP.

Its AI Coding agent learns accounting codes and cost centers from corrections, while AI Matching supports two and three way purchase order checks. High confidence matches can post automatically; other invoices go to human review. The suite includes fraud checks and translation, an invoice assistant and tools for building custom automations. Its Connectivity Hub links the product with SAP, Oracle and Dynamics, as well as Coupa and other ERP environments.

Vic.ai Vic.ai

Vic.ai is an AI accounts payable platform for controllers, AP managers and finance leaders. It reads invoice headers and lines, assigns accounting codes and prepares invoices for approval and posting, including invoices with multiple coding dimensions and tax structures.

Its Autopilot mode can process invoices without intervention when confidence meets the customer's threshold; other invoices go to review. Approval flows can apply vendor and amount rules, redirect work during absences and keep an audit trail. Vic.ai's product range also includes VicCard and expense management. The company records a $52 million Series C in 2022 and the introduction of its Victoria AI assistant in 2025.

Xelix Xelix

Xelix sells AI accounts payable software for finance teams that need invoice capture, duplicate and overpayment checks, supplier statement reconciliation and vendor email handling. Its Transactions, Statements and Helpdesk products work alongside existing systems, using invoice, workflow and vendor data from the customer's ERP.

Setup requires daily data files and a historical invoice extract, with optional email and single sign on integrations. Xelix cites The Weir Group and Energy Transfer as customers using this approach. The company raised $160 million in a July 2025 Series B led by Insight Partners, with participation from Passion Capital and LocalGlobe.

Xelix

xSuite xSuite

Backed by 3i, xSuite sells AP automation for SAP enterprises. Its Mira AI suite extracts and matches invoice lines using SAP master data, checks whether background posting is possible and suggests accounting assignments or approvers.

Mira's Verification Agent handles missing goods receipts by triggering the next workflow step, while its Fraud Protection Agent flags duplicates and anomalies before payment. An AP copilot provides contextual task guidance. The platform offers two SAP integration paths, including a side by side deployment on SAP Business Technology Platform. xSuite says its AI has a predictable cost structure without token billing, and bases outputs on ERP master and transaction data.

xSuite

Yooz Yooz

Yooz sells cloud AP and P2P software for finance teams, including invoice capture, AI allocation, purchase order matching, approval routing and payments. Its Yooz AI offering also covers supplier statement matching, discrepancy handling and invoice fraud checks, with connectors for accounting systems such as Sage, QuickBooks and NetSuite.

The Gold Edition uses document volume based pricing, with unlimited users and four hours of setup service included. A 15 day production trial lets customers test their own documents. Subscription terms specify document limits and overage charges, so adding approvers and processing more invoices have different effects on the bill. Yooz reports over 7,000 customers and more than 250 active ERP integrations.

Procurement

Coupa Coupa

Owned by Thoma Bravo, Coupa sells an enterprise spend management platform whose Navi AI agents operate across source to pay workflows. Its invoice processing capabilities include Rossum's transactional document models, which were embedded in Coupa AP before the companies combined.

Coupa acquired Rossum in May 2026 to expand invoice data capture and other document processing across its portfolio. Rossum continues to maintain its own product and trial, alongside the embedded Coupa offering.

GEP GEP

GEP sells Quantum Intelligence AP automation within its procurement and supply chain software. For enterprise purchasing and finance teams, its Reconciliation Agent links invoices to purchase orders, contracts or receipts, while an Anomaly Detection Agent checks for duplicates, pricing discrepancies and other errors.

The product supports multi way invoice matching, using configurable tolerances and routing exceptions to approvers with supporting context. Other P2P agents recommend approvals and track orders. GEP says Quantum Intelligence is live at over 100 customers across the wider platform. Central 1 Credit Union selected GEP's source to pay and contract management software in February 2026, powered by Quantum Intelligence.

Ivalua sells enterprise source to pay software with AP automation, expenses and payments. Its IVA agent checks invoices against contracts, helps resolve discrepancies using purchase orders and pricing history, and supports decisions about payment timing and early payment discounts.

The AP product includes a PDF Intake Agent that processes invoices arriving by email, scan or upload, alongside electronic invoice networks and structured formats. IVA Studio governs the agent's actions, including its available skills and tools. IVA inherits the user's permissions and cannot exceed their access, with an accountable person and audit trail for actions. Ivalua launched IVA Studio in June 2026.

Levelpath Levelpath

Levelpath sells AI invoice automation within its enterprise procurement platform. Its Ranger system matches invoices against purchase orders, contracts and receiving records, flags pricing or quantity discrepancies, and routes invoices according to department, amount, category and customer policies.

Clean matches can move through automatically, while exceptions carry confidence information for reviewers. Invoice records draw on a supplier system of record, linking the payable entity to contracts, purchase orders and sourcing history. Levelpath raised over $55 million in its June 2025 Series B led by Battery Ventures. Its site lists American Airlines and Ace Hardware among customers of the wider platform.

Order.co Order.co

Order.co sells procurement and AP software for businesses buying across many suppliers and locations. Its Order.co AI offering supports purchasing and finance workflows, and the AP product automatically codes purchases and invoice lines to the general ledger.

Order.co pays vendors directly and combines their payments into customized bills for the buyer, reducing the number of separate invoices to manage. Purchases made through the platform populate the consolidated invoice, tying reconciliation to the orders placed there. The service supports multiple entities and ledgers and accounting connections including QuickBooks Online, NetSuite and Sage Intacct. Its site identifies WeWork and Zerocater as customers of its purchasing and AP products.

Peakflo Peakflo

Peakflo sells AI procure to pay software for finance teams managing purchase requests, vendors, invoices and approvals. Its invoice capture reads document details and custom fields, while automated matching checks purchase orders and flags potential duplicate or unauthorized payments.

Pivot sells AI AP automation as part of its enterprise procurement platform. APBot reads and codes invoices, Invoice Owner Finder identifies the person responsible for invoices without a purchase order, and Sentinel compares billed amounts with contract terms before payment.

APBot applies codes using vendor and accounting context, including delivery dates, categories and customer rules. Invoice Owner Finder uses previous orders from the same vendor and asks the owner to confirm. Pivot says its pricing does not charge per seat. The company raised $40 million in a May 2026 Series B led by Forestay Capital and Notion Capital; the announcement named DoorDash, Lemonade and Flix as customers.

Pivot

The company launched the agentic platform in July 2026, including Guided Intake and the rebuilt AP engine for midmarket finance teams. Approval rules can follow department and amount, as well as location and account code. Procurify says a standard rollout takes about eight weeks and 33 hours of customer team time, with an implementation manager guiding setup, integrations and training.

Procurify

Vertice Vertice

Vertice is an AI procurement platform for finance and purchasing teams, with procure to pay software alongside SaaS purchasing and negotiation services. Its AP workflow captures and codes invoices from email, vendor portals or ERP sync, then compares them with purchase orders and negotiated contract terms.

The product tracks committed and invoiced spend against budgets and separates purchase, approval and payment permissions. A concrete limit is that goods receipt matching is planned: the published product currently matches invoices to orders and contracts. Vertice describes P2P as part of its suite, rather than a standalone AP purchase. It raised $50 million in a January 2025 Series C led by Lakestar.

Zip Zip

After submission it scores expenses for audit, checking duplicates, altered receipts and unusual spending. Customers highlighted on Ramp's site include Perplexity and Notion; a Perplexity customer account describes automating receipt chasing and coding during the month.

Rydoo Rydoo

Majority owned by Eurazeo, Rydoo sells expense management and AP software for multinational finance teams. Rydoo Intelligence reads receipts and invoice lines, codes them, checks policy compliance and clears eligible expenses. Its invoice suggestions show reasoning and confidence; anything outside company policies returns to finance for a decision, with actions recorded and reversible.

SAP SAP

SAP sells AI travel and expense tools through SAP Concur. Joule helps employees find spending policies and expense transactions, while its premium agents validate expense reports and automate their preparation. The Expense Automation Agent groups eligible expenses into reports, using corporate card transactions, electronic receipts and travel itineraries to fill required fields such as business purpose.
