Shoot 360 raises $7 million led by COPA Innovation Laboratories
Shoot 360 raised $7 million in growth funding led by COPA Innovation Laboratories and its investment subsidiary, COPA Venture Capital, the companies announced in a press release. They also formed a partnership covering athlete assessment, performance analytics, training technology, franchising and business expansion.
Shoot 360 operates basketball training facilities that use machine vision, immersive training and performance tracking software. Founded in 2012, the company has more than 65 locations in the United States and other countries, with additional sites in development and partnerships with several NBA teams.
The company will use the funding to open more locations and accelerate its technology. The partners will also use COPA's sports and real estate businesses to support expansion.
