Reins Launches AI Business Valuation Tool for Contractors
Reins launches Valuation, a standalone AI product for trade business owners, as announced in a press release. The product uses financial and operating data from sources including QuickBooks and ServiceTitan to estimate a company's current value.
Valuation identifies factors affecting business value, compares a company with peers, and highlights areas for improvement. It also provides guidance on employee incentives, performance indicators, and targets.
The product complements Reins' existing Incentives service, which offers long term phantom stock and stock appreciation rights plans, as well as short term profit sharing plans. Las Vegas based Reins says it has raised $5.5 million from Album, Better Tomorrow Ventures, Torch Capital, and Animo Ventures.
