Collective Raises $100 Million for Solo Business Finance Platform
Collective raised $100 million to expand its financial platform for solo businesses in the US, reports Tech Funding News. The financing consists of a $40 million Series B and $60 million from General Catalyst's Customer Value Fund.
General Catalyst, QED Investors and Gradient Ventures led the Series B. Intuit Ventures, FT Partners and SemperVirens also participated.
The Customer Value Fund provides financing outside an equity round, although Collective did not disclose the terms of its agreement. The company will use the capital to accelerate product development in banking and insurance.
Collective bundles business setup, accounting, invoicing, payroll, taxes and insurance into one membership and uses AI to automate the work; it bought AI accounting startup Open Ledger in April 2026. "Traditional accounting firms scale by adding people. Collective scales with intelligence," co-founder and CEO Hooman Radfar said. The company says it grew 127% year over year.

Tensordyne
This Tensordyne whitepaper presents Napier, an inference-focused AI processor and rack-scale system based on the company’s TDN Math logarithmic number system. It examines infrastructure requirements for large mixture-of-experts and agentic models, compares major inference architecture approaches, and details the TDN AIP processor, TDN72 pod, TDN Link fabric, and Napier Ultra configuration. The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
