Kapital Raises $125 Million for AI Platform and Global Expansion

Kapital raised $125 million from Tru Arrow Partners, Fasanara Capital and other investors. The financial services company will invest in its AI platform, data analytics products and international expansion.

Kapital raised $125 million in financing from Tru Arrow Partners and Fasanara Capital, with participation from Cervin Ventures, Niya Partners and Overlook Capital, the company said in a press release. The funding will support Kapital's AI platform, data analytics products and expansion across Mexico, Latin America, the United States and Europe.

Kapital reported about $50 million in net income during the first half of 2026. Its loan portfolio grew 220% from a year earlier to more than $1.7 billion, while deposits rose 234% to more than $3.5 billion.

The company serves more than 350,000 customers and provides financial products for credit, cash flow, savings and investment. Kapital previously raised up to $110 million in a Series C round in September 2025, bringing its valuation above $1.3 billion.
