ProShares plans 2x and -2x Anthropic ETFs to launch after the IPO

Nov 7, 2026
ProShares plans to launch two ETFs offering leveraged long and inverse exposure to Anthropic shares following the AI company's IPO.

ProShares plans to launch two ETFs tied to Anthropic shares following the AI company's IPO, it said in an announcement. The funds will target twice and negative twice Anthropic's daily stock return.

ProShares Ultra Anthropic will trade on Nasdaq under the ticker ANTU and provide leveraged long exposure. ProShares UltraShort Anthropic will trade under ANTY and provide inverse exposure, allowing investors to seek returns when Anthropic shares decline on a given day.

"ANTU, the 2x leveraged Anthropic ETF, will offer investors a convenient way to magnify a bullish view on Anthropic through a single ticker in a brokerage account," said ProShares CEO Michael L. Sapir. The funds will join ProShares' single-stock ETFs, which already target 2x daily returns of SK hynix, SpaceX, Circle, Coinbase, NVIDIA, Palantir and Tesla.

The plan comes as potential investors push Anthropic for a lower IPO valuation after this week's selloff in AI stocks.
