Meanwhile, Corintis, a Swiss startup, has raised $24 million in Series A funding to advance chip cooling technology, aiming to boost efficiency and minimize water usage.

Data Centers

Equinix has launched its first AI-ready data center, CN1, in Chennai, India, to enhance digital infrastructure and connectivity for regional businesses. Meanwhile, Mueon has introduced modular Cubelets for AI data centers, backed by $15.5 million in funding from Intel Capital, aiming to improve efficiency in AI workloads.
