Point Wild Names Neill Feather as CEO

Point Wild has appointed Neill Feather as Chief Executive Officer, with founder Hari Ravichandran transitioning to Chairman of the Board. Feather previously served as President and Chief Operating Officer and has led the company’s strategic growth.

Point Wild announced in a press release the appointment of Neill Feather as Chief Executive Officer. Founder Hari Ravichandran, who has served as CEO since the company’s inception, will transition to Chairman of the Board and continue to support strategic initiatives.

Feather previously held the roles of President and Chief Operating Officer, leading mergers and acquisitions and scaling operations across the company’s portfolio. Under his leadership, Point Wild has achieved annual revenue exceeding 650 million dollars, growing at more than 20 percent. The company currently holds an enterprise value of 2 billion dollars.

Before joining Point Wild, Feather was a founding member and CEO of SiteLock, where he expanded the company into a global provider of website security solutions protecting more than 16 million websites. As incoming CEO, Feather stated that he will focus on scaling the company’s AI platform and diversifying its go to market strategy.

Ravichandran will remain involved as Chairman, guiding strategic priorities and supporting continued expansion of the company’s cybersecurity and AI offerings.
