Encore Commits $100 Million to Expand AI and Immersive Event Technology

Encore announced in a press release a $100 million investment for 2026 to expand its product portfolio and upgrade existing inventory aimed at enhancing live corporate events. The company plans to introduce new digital and AI driven tools, immersive display systems, and improved audio and lighting solutions across its global network.

Encore’s expanded digital tools include the Event Solutions Explorer, which allows customers to visualize and compare setups with 360 degree room views, floorplans, and product hotspots. The company also introduced new lookbooks, proposal tools, and 3D renderings to streamline event planning.

The AI powered features include tools for content creation, accessibility, and engagement. These capabilities provide real time captioning, translation, and transcription for large format video systems, along with AI enhanced video introductions for speakers and cinematic brand videos.

Encore is also standardizing smart column speakers for small and midsize venues in the United States, replacing traditional setups for clearer sound and easier production. The upgrades extend to LED displays, lighting, and scenic designs, enabling more flexible and visually engaging event environments.
