Publicis Sapient Introduces Sapient Sustain for AI Enabled IT Operations
Publicis Sapient has launched Sapient Sustain, a platform for AI enabled autonomous IT operations and managed services, announced in a press release. The system is designed to help enterprises manage complex IT environments by combining AI agents with human expertise to detect, resolve, and prevent issues.
Sapient Sustain integrates AI workflows across the IT issue lifecycle, allowing organizations to shift from reactive support to predictive operations. It includes an enterprise context graph, self-healing workflows, a consolidated knowledge base, and predictive models that surface potential problems before they affect the business.
At Nissan, the platform supports application maintenance services by proactively identifying and resolving high impact issues. The deployment has led to measurable results including a 40 percent reduction in operational costs and a 62 percent same day issue resolution rate. Publicis Sapient is also working with Joe & The Juice to embed AI across IT operations, improving stability and scalability while lowering costs.
Sapient Sustain joins the company’s portfolio of enterprise AI platforms, which also includes Sapient Slingshot for software development and Sapient Bodhi for intelligent agent orchestration.
