3Pillar has appointed Andres Angelani as CEO and introduced HelixAI, an open AI transformation platform designed to help enterprises integrate agentic tools, governance, and infrastructure for AI adoption.

3Pillar has appointed Andres Angelani as Chief Executive Officer and launched HelixAI, its open AI transformation platform, announced in a press release. The company described HelixAI as an open, composable system that supports enterprise AI adoption with agentic tools, governance, and infrastructure.

HelixAI is designed to be used collaboratively by 3Pillar and client engineering teams to accelerate business outcomes. The platform combines system intelligence, governed agentic delivery, and a model-agnostic runtime within a single operating layer. Clients retain ownership of their AI intellectual property, as all governance rules and infrastructure code remain in their repositories.

According to 3Pillar, HelixAI has been tested in production across client engagements. Components such as Helix ATLAS, a governed knowledge layer, and Helix AIRE, a software development lifecycle layer, are already in use to improve delivery speed and reduce costs.

Angelani brings over twenty-five years of experience in technology services and digital engineering, having previously served as CEO of Wizeline and Softvision. He also led Cognizant’s global Digital Engineering practice and was part of the founding team at Globant.
