BlackWolf and Authority Partners Partner on AI Tools for Mortgage Firms

July 27, 2026
BlackWolf Advisory Group and Authority Partners are partnering to help mortgage lenders and servicers assess, build, and deploy custom AI platforms without hiring internal development teams.

BlackWolf Advisory Group and Authority Partners have formed a partnership to build custom AI platforms for mortgage lenders and servicers, the companies announced in a press release.

The partnership gives mortgage firms a way to create AI systems from the ground up or expand existing technology without hiring an internal development team. BlackWolf will lead the advisory phase by reviewing a servicer's operations, technology, and readiness for AI adoption.

After the assessment, BlackWolf will recommend an implementation path such as vendor solutions, platform enhancements, or custom development. When custom software is selected, Authority Partners will design, build, and implement the technology with controls, integrations, and compliance requirements for servicing environments.

The companies said the work will focus on workflow automation, servicing technology, compliance and risk management, data reporting, reconciliation, and borrower support. The partnership targets repetitive tasks across servicing and lending operations, including manual processes, exception handling, reporting, and inquiry routing.
