NAVER D2SF Invests in AI Security Startup AIM Intelligence

NAVER D2SF has invested in AIM Intelligence, a South Korean startup developing AI security technologies including automated red teaming and live guardrail systems for enterprise AI deployment.

NAVER D2SF, the corporate venture arm of Naver, announced in a press release that it has invested in AIM Intelligence, a startup focused on AI security technologies.

AIM Intelligence develops systems that help enterprises deploy AI safely. Its automated red teaming solution, Stinger, identifies vulnerabilities by generating and testing millions of attack scenarios. The company also offers Starfort, a guardrail system that monitors and controls risky AI behavior during live operations.

AIM Intelligence is working with clients in enterprise, finance, and the public sector while refining its solutions to meet compliance requirements. NAVER D2SF discovered the company through its 2024 Campus Startup Competition and proceeded with this investment after an incubation period.

The startup’s team, led by CEO Sangyoon Yu, brings experience in AI safety research and entrepreneurship. NAVER D2SF stated that it plans to continue supporting founders focused on solving emerging AI market challenges.
