Anthropic Names Retail Brokers for International IPO Offers

Nov 2, 2026
Anthropic identifies the brokers expected to provide retail access to its proposed IPO in Australia, Canada, Europe, Japan and the UK.

Anthropic detailed the broker network for its proposed international retail offerings on its website. The offers would cover Australia, Canada, Japan, Switzerland, the UK and nine European Economic Area countries: Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, the Netherlands, Norway, Spain and Sweden.

Participating firms include Morgan Stanley, RBC Capital Markets and Wealthsimple in Canada, along with Macquarie, CommSec and Stake in Australia. The European and Swiss group includes Deutsche Bank, UBS Investment Bank, Interactive Brokers, Revolut, eToro and Trade Republic. Mitsubishi UFJ Morgan Stanley, Mizuho, Rakuten and SBI are listed for Japan, while RetailBook will coordinate the UK retail offer.

Anthropic does not plan to list its shares on exchanges in these international markets. The company has applied to list its Class A common stock on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the symbol ANT, and earlier reports said up to $3.5 billion of shares could go to Japanese investors. The offerings remain proposed and are subject to final prospectuses and applicable regulatory processes.
