42AI exits stealth with $62.5 million in seed funding

The Israeli startup says its behavioral world model predicts how individuals may act under different conditions, with initial deployments at financial brokerages.

42AI has exited stealth with $62.5 million in seed funding for a behavioral world model that predicts individual decisions, according to TechCrunch. The Israeli startup is using the system at financial brokerages to forecast how traders may respond to market conditions.

The model analyzes records such as transactions, support calls, onboarding activity and money transfers. It converts observed traits into mathematical representations, then uses a transformer model to calculate the probability of possible decisions under different conditions. A separate language model explains its predictions.

42AI says it works with 10 large brokerages that use the system for liquidity management, margin requirements and hedging exposure. The company claims 98% accuracy for whether trading flows fall within a predicted range, rather than for individual trades. It also reports F1 scores of 0.8 to 0.85 when predicting trading direction and volume.

The funding came from the founders and Infinity Group over three years and was not entirely external capital. 42AI says its customer data covers almost 30 million people and does not require personally identifiable information, although the system creates individual behavioral profiles from linked activity.
