FairPlay AI and NAAHL Release Map of Proposed CRA Changes
FairPlay AI and the National Association of Affordable Housing Lenders (NAAHL) announced in a press release a public interactive map showing how proposed Community Reinvestment Act rule changes could affect US communities. The map uses FairPlay AI's CRAi platform to combine federal banking disclosures, call reports, deposit data, regulatory evaluations and Census Bureau data.
The proposal from the OCC and FDIC would raise the small bank threshold from $412 million to $1 billion in assets and the large bank threshold from $1.649 billion to $10 billion. NAAHL estimates that about 400 banks regulated by the agencies would move from the large bank framework to the intermediate category.
Under a broader alternative that would classify banks with less than $10 billion in assets as small banks, 3,673 banks would have no community development test, compared with 2,288 under current thresholds. NAAHL estimates that more than 2.6 million additional people would live in census tracts where no bank is evaluated for community development.

Tensordyne Napier: What If One Rack Could Do the Work of Nine?
Tensordyne
This Tensordyne whitepaper presents Napier, an inference-focused AI processor and rack-scale system based on the company’s TDN Math logarithmic number system. It examines infrastructure requirements for large mixture-of-experts and agentic models, compares major inference architecture approaches, and details the TDN AIP processor, TDN72 pod, TDN Link fabric, and Napier Ultra configuration. The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
