Clark Raises $11 Million and Launches AI Audit Clerks
Clark launches Clerks, AI agents that perform audit work for CPA firms, and raises an $11 million seed round, the company said in a press release. Touring Capital led the round, with participation from Marathon Management Partners, Rerail and Sofeon Ventures, bringing Clark's total funding to $16 million.
Clerks review documents, perform tests, prepare workpapers and request missing information from clients. The agents resume work when information arrives and escalate issues with supporting evidence. Licensed CPAs remain responsible for professional judgments, reviews and audit opinions.
Clark says more than 35 CPA firms use its software. The company will use the funding to expand its senior team across product, engineering and sales, expand Clerks to more firms and audit types, and develop continuous monitoring between audits.

Tensordyne Napier: What If One Rack Could Do the Work of Nine?
Tensordyne
This Tensordyne whitepaper presents Napier, an inference-focused AI processor and rack-scale system based on the company’s TDN Math logarithmic number system. It examines infrastructure requirements for large mixture-of-experts and agentic models, compares major inference architecture approaches, and details the TDN AIP processor, TDN72 pod, TDN Link fabric, and Napier Ultra configuration. The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
