WorkWhile Adds AI Infrastructure Leader James Everingham to Board

WorkWhile has appointed James Everingham, CEO of Guild AI and former Meta engineering executive, to its Board of Directors. Everingham brings expertise in AI infrastructure and large-scale systems as the company expands its real-world AI and operational simulation capabilities.

WorkWhile has appointed James Everingham to its Board of Directors, announced in a press release. Everingham is currently CEO of Guild AI and previously served as Vice President of Engineering at Meta Devinfra, where he oversaw large-scale infrastructure and AI systems.

WorkWhile stated that Everingham will support the company as it expands its use of AI in workforce operations. His background includes building distributed systems and enterprise-scale platforms that support billions of users.

The company is developing new AI systems that integrate operational data, automation, and simulation tools to improve staffing reliability and scheduling efficiency. These include Operational Digital Twins for modeling workforce conditions, real-world AI models for labor forecasting and retention, and governance infrastructure for oversight of AI-driven decisions.

CEO Simon Khalaf said Everingham’s experience in AI infrastructure and coordination systems will help advance WorkWhile’s tools for businesses managing physical workforces across logistics, retail, hospitality, and industrial sectors.
