Sorenson Communications Names Kevin Keleghan as CEO

Sorenson Communications has appointed Kevin Keleghan as Chief Executive Officer, succeeding Paget Alves, who will remain Chairman of the Board. The transition begins immediately, with Keleghan bringing extensive experience in technology and customer engagement services.

Sorenson Communications has appointed Kevin Keleghan as Chief Executive Officer, effective May 26, 2026, announced in a press release. He succeeds Paget Alves, who will remain Chairman of the Board and oversee a transition of responsibilities in the coming weeks.

Keleghan previously served as CEO of New Era Technology, a partner in AI, application, and infrastructure technology, and as CEO of OSG, a global provider of customer engagement and payment solutions. He is recognized for leading both startups and large enterprises through digital transformation and operational improvements.

Yue Bonnet, Senior Managing Director and Head of Investments at Ariel Alternatives, which holds a majority stake in Sorenson, said Keleghan’s background in scaling complex organizations will support the company’s next phase of growth.
