goFLUENT Acquires Learnship Networks to Expand Global Language Training
goFLUENT has acquired the business operations of Learnship Networks GmbH, announced in a press release. The move expands goFLUENT's presence in Germany and strengthens its position in corporate language training and assessment for multinational organizations.
goFLUENT said the acquisition will integrate more than 500 qualified trainers into its global network, increasing capacity to deliver AI-powered and human-led language training programs across multiple regions and industries. Learnship's clients will gain access to goFLUENT's enterprise integrations with HR and learning platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, and Cornerstone.
The company stated that the acquisition supports its goal of providing scalable, AI-enhanced language learning solutions while maintaining the human element of instruction. Post-acquisition, goFLUENT will operate with over 1,500 expert trainers and continue offering training and assessment in 49 business languages across more than 100 countries.
