Oct 14, 2026
Czech startup FLÆ Robotics raises more than €1 million to develop its BE-A hotel agent and expand into Austria, Germany, the UK and the US.

FLÆ Robotics raises more than €1 million in seed funding from Purple Ventures and Garage Angels, according to Tech.eu. The Czech company will use the funding for product development, hiring and international expansion.

Its BE-A hospitality agent handles guest inquiries through WhatsApp, email, web chat and phone calls. It connects with hotel management systems to check room availability, manage reservations, provide service information and route requests to hotel teams.

More than 60 hotels in the UK, Germany and the Czech Republic use the platform. FLÆ Robotics says BE-A handled about 265,000 messages and voice interactions across nearly 160,000 conversations in July and August 2026, while completing more than 3,400 bookings without human assistance. The company plans to expand in Germany, enter Austria and prepare for entry into the US hotel market.
