Stout Acquires Flightline for Agentic AI Workflows

Oct 13, 2026
Stout acquired Flightline after the companies spent more than 12 months developing AI workflows for professional services.

Stout acquired agentic AI company Flightline, the advisory firm announced in a press release. The deal follows more than 12 months of collaboration on AI workflows for complex professional services.

Flightline coordinates AI agents that conduct research and analysis using internal and external data. Its technology divides complex tasks into structured workflows and scores outputs against defined quality standards. Stout professionals direct the work and remain responsible for advice delivered to clients.

Stout plans to integrate Flightline's technology and engineering team into an AI workbench for research, analysis and advisory work. The companies initially tested the system in commercial diligence workflows, drawing on Stout Strategy's experience across more than 1,000 buy side diligence engagements.

The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
