Korean Firms Add AI Tools to Track Corporate English Training
Korean English education providers are adding automated prompts and performance tracking as companies demand measurable results from employee training, according to ChosunBiz. Services now focus on participation, skill gains and training returns alongside access to AI conversation practice.
Speak offers short form lessons, curricula for specific industries and an administrator portal for corporate clients. It plans to assess job related skills and return on investment in addition to usage time and completion rates, and to introduce AI phone English by the end of 2026.
Weverse Brain uses notifications, feedback and tutor intervention to support continued participation in its Speaking Max service. Its Max AI LMS identifies employees who have not started, stopped participating or failed to meet completion requirements, then shares that information with training managers.
Companies are also dividing English training by employee needs. AI conversation services cover basic companywide instruction, while employees preparing for overseas assignments may receive lessons with human instructors.
