Flozic launches a redesigned platform for building autonomous, voice, conversational and computer use agents that complete tasks across connected business applications.

Flozic launches a redesigned platform for building autonomous agents and workflows across thousands of business applications, the company said in a press release. The agents can retrieve information, evaluate context, select tools and complete tasks across CRM, email, marketing, support and data systems.

The platform includes autonomous AI agents, voice agents, conversational agents and computer use agents. Computer use agents can interact with websites and software interfaces when an API or standard integration is unavailable.

Voice and chat agents can answer customer questions and use connected tools to complete actions such as bookings, record updates and follow ups. Flozic also introduced a redesigned dashboard for building, running and monitoring agents and workflows.

The platform is available now with a free plan. Existing customer functions and Flozic loops will continue operating without a migration.
