DocuSign acquires AI spending analysis company Suplari
DocuSign announced on November 3, 2026 that it has acquired AI spending analysis company Suplari, according to GeekWire. Financial terms were not disclosed.
DocuSign plans to combine Suplari's analysis of corporate spending and supplier data with its Iris AI engine. The combined system will identify potential savings, track supplier commitments and flag purchases that fall outside contract terms.
Microsoft acquired Suplari in July 2021, saying it would pair the technology with Dynamics 365. Suplari's founders bought the company back in late 2023, while Microsoft retained a minority stake. Suplari has about two dozen employees and serves customers including BT Group, Nordstrom and MediaNews Group.
